Ibis Styles Barcelona Sant Joan Despi Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Barcelona Sant Joan Despi. The reception staff were efficient and very helpful. They quickly checked me in and even called a taxi for me when I needed one. I forgot my plug adapter, but they were happy to supply me with one. The bar staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The beds were comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the rooms were clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a tram station, making it easy to explore the area. There is also a nice grocery store nearby, perfect for picking up any essentials. The rooms are comfortable with cozy beds, and the bathrooms are clean. The staff at the reception and restaurant are friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers a computer for kids to play on, a great facility for families.

The restaurant in the hotel has a smell of fried oil, which can be a bit unpleasant for some guests.

Spent New Year's at this hotel and had a great time! the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and only a short ride away from the city center. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.

There were a couple of drawbacks. the rooms and hallways could use some updating as they felt a bit outdated.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and it was easy to take the metro to the city center. The breakfast selection was also great.

This place is located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, making it a peaceful and quiet retreat. The tram station is right next to the hotel, making it convenient to reach all the main attractions in Barcelona. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made my stay truly enjoyable.

El hotel superó nuestras expectativas en varios aspectos. Primero, nos encantó la decoración y cuidado diseño de las habitaciones. Además, la limpieza era impecable, lo cual siempre es muy importante para nosotros. También nos impresionaron las instalaciones del hotel, especialmente la mini sala de cine, aunque lamentablemente no tuvimos tiempo de disfrutarla. Otra ventaja fue la excelente ubicación, pues podíamos ir andando a todas partes, incluyendo el famoso puente de la ciudad. Por último, el desayuno fue fantástico, con una gran variedad y preparación en el momento. Nos encantó que se ofrecieran opciones especiales como leche de soja, y el personal de recepción siempre estuvo atento y dispuesto a ayudar.

No encontramos ninguna desventaja durante nuestra estancia.
